Team Events
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £29,400 to £33,600 per year plus car/car allowance and uncapped bonus and commission
The Account Manager serves to understand the customer’s needs, plan how to meet those needs and generate sales for the company as a result. You will be proactively managing and developing existing and prospective Welcomm customers within a geographical area, achieving targeted levels of customer re-signs and sales of fixed line telephony, mobile, IT, digital and energy solutions.
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £24,000 a year
As a Business Account Manager, you will strive to understand our customer’s needs, whilst actively planning how to meet those needs and generates sales for the company as a result. You will proactively manage and develop existing and prospective Welcomm customers whilst achieving targeted levels of customer re-signs and sales across all our verticals.
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £27,300 – £29,400 a year
You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Your key responsibility will be to identify business opportunities and proactively manage leads, winning new business by effectively demonstrating the ways in which Welcomm can support prospective clients to benefit their business needs. Your innovative thinking, analytical skills and excellent communication will be instrumental in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £40,000 – £45,000 a year
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance function for the business, as well as working closely with the Directors and Managers to help ensure the smooth operation of the Company. You will be the central point of coordination of all our finance activities and be responsible for the management of the finance team, working closely with them to control the financial position and proactively manage the cash flow of the business.
LOCATION: Hybrid remote in Market Harborough
SALARY: £25,000 – £29,500 a year
You will manage our energy renewals service for our customer base, dealing with all incoming energy queries, quotes, and contract processing. As the Energy champion within the sales directorate, you will liaise closely with our suppliers and aggregator partner, to arrange bespoke quotes and keep abreast of the energy market products and services. You will also work closely with our account management team to ensure maximum penetration of energy within our new and existing customer base.
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: From £22,000 a year
You will be responsible for creating and implementing campaigns, networking with stakeholders, and managing our social media platforms, company websites and content. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership and Management Team, to lead and develop our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be graduating or have recently graduated with a degree in Marketing.
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £20,000 – £22,000 a year
Joining us as an IT Technical Support Trainee will mean reporting directly to our Technical Operations Manager and being responsible for providing support to staff and customers both remotely and over the telephone, for our product sets such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Barracuda, WatchGuard, Datto, and ESET.
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £20,000 – £22,000 a year
Joining us as an Unified Technical Support Trainee will mean reporting directly to our Technical Operations Manager and being responsible for providing support to staff and customers both remotely and over the telephone. You will be an integral part of the deployment, implementation and ongoing support of our Unified Product portfolio.

Joining us as a Graduate IT Technical Support Trainee will mean reporting directly to our Technical Support Manager and being responsible for remote fault logging and resolving, on-site system installs and maintenance, project management and long-term relationship building with both new and existing customers and suppliers.
Following induction and training, you will be using telephone, email and LinkedIn to contact prospective businesses to generate appointments. Working with various data sources for leads, you will be required to fact find and uncover customer needs, providing the BDMs with quality information and updating our CRM system.
