IT Support works by outsourcing elements of your IT, freeing up internal resources to focus on driving your business forward (rather than day-to-day queries).

We don’t believe a ‘one size fits all’ approach is best to meet the unique needs of any business. Which is why we have instead developed a modular service offer… meaning you start with the IT support tier best for you, then add any other services or specific parts that you need, when you need them.

All supported by an expert team of IT Technicians with constantly updated skillsets and accreditations, this flexibility means you can upgrade the level of support you receive as your business grows.

IT Support Tiers

Microsoft 365

Best For: Businesses that need an extra pair of hands and/or the know-how to manage all things Microsoft 365.

What You Get

Microsoft 365 Support: Includes access to our dedicated IT Support team for all your Microsoft 365 Support needs including administration and end-user queries.

Why Choose This Support Tier

  • Support setting up new users and/or day-to-day administrative changes to save you time.
  • Utilising MS Teams, including setting up groups and making the most of this collaboration tool internally.
  • Implementing SharePoint as a central resource for your business.
  • Securing Microsoft 365 from account compromises. 

Silver

Best For: Businesses with multiple users, that need support for all IT related enquiries.

What You Get

All of the inclusions from the Microsoft 365 Support Tier, plus:

  • Access to unlimited telephone & email support and unlimited remote support between 8:30-5:30pm Monday to Friday. 
  • 24×7 Monitoring & Patching of all your devices, both desktops and servers, alerting our team for a proactive response to your IT and keeping your operating system and software up to date.
  • Reduced Hourly Rate: Benefit from a reduced hourly rate of £115.00 excl. when you take out a support contract agreement with us. (RRP £125/ph). 
  • Additional Device Support: Users will sometimes have a desktop and a laptop, so our silver tier includes additional device support at a cost of £5.00 per additional device.
  • Benefit from a reduced cost for all new device setups when you take out a support contract with us. Whilst RRP would be 2 Hours Engineer Time at £125 per hour, Silver customers get this service for a flat rate of £100.00 excl.

Gold

Best For: Businesses that are looking to fully outsource their IT requirements, reducing risk and maximising their time to focus on day-to-day operations. 

What You Get

All of the inclusions from the Silver Support Tier, plus:

  • The Gold tier includes additional device support at no extra charge.
  • New Device Setups are included when you take out a Gold support contract with us. 
  • Third-party Vendor Support: We will work with your third-party vendors—like your internet or telecoms providers to ensure a seamless support offering.
  • IT Workshop: A stakeholder and end-user workshop designed to tackle key issues or questions, helping build a roadmap for the future that supports you to achieve key company objectives.
