The Account Development Manager is tasked with proactively developing and sustaining existing and prospective Welcomm customers. The Account Manager will work alongside their customer, finding solutions to their issues across communications, utilities and technology.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in telecommunications and have a strategic approach to tackling their customer base in order to effectively uncover opportunities and organically grow their bases through meaningful conversations and a tenacious attitude.
Welcomm are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and resilient professional to join our Solutions Sales team.
Partnered with well-established distributors such as O2 and Gamma, we endeavour to provide and support our customers with the best solutions to improve the profitability and efficiency of their businesses. This role will involve predominantly supporting the account management team as a unified product specialist, identifying opportunities in their customer base and providing appropriate solutions to the customer’s needs.
You will also be responsible for generating and qualifying your own leads in order to hit new business targets, introducing new customers to Welcomm. The successful candidate will be an accomplished individual who wants to grow and develop within Welcomm with a high standard of integrity and service in line with our core values.
This is an exciting opportunity for a project scheduler to join a fast paced, highly skilled and dynamic team. You will be working within our Solutions Delivery team, proactively managing and seeing installations through to completion while providing an incredibly high standard of customer service.
This candidate will need to be resilient with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time which may encounter challenging situations. You will assume responsibility of managing our field engineer’s schedules to arrange installs and working closely with suppliers internally and externally to ensure stock levels are maintained.
This will demand an excellent communicator who is able to build strong relationships through continued, consistent liaison with varying parties.
The Telesales executive will be part of a boisterous energetic team who will be making B2B outbound calls to gather new leads for the field sales team.The successful candidate will be competitive, jovial and passionate about achieving set sales targets.
They will be highly organised in managing opportunities and converting prospects into sales, getting through to companies decision makers and securing legitimate appointments.Full training will be provided on our product portfolio, any experience within the telecommunications sector is beneficial.

Kate is a highly skilled HR Consultant and Trainer, experienced in training managers in Employment Law and HR best practice. Having worked with the business for the last 3 years as our HR Manager, hear from Kate about her experience of working with Welcomm.
At Welcomm we have circa 70 people, all with very different personalities and skills which brings a great mix to our team. My job is very diverse, however predominantly I drive the HR and people agenda for the business, ensuring that we prioritise the health, safety and welfare of our employees.
Most importantly I work to ensure that we develop our people to the very best of their potential and give them as many opportunities as we can.
