I started my time as an Account Manager but after missing the technical side, Welcomm recognised my 8 years on Mobile Telecommunications and upskilled me on MDM’s and I’ve been supporting our customers since.
I now manage all of our MDM solutions and am being upskilled in the IT space. Progression is important to me and Welcomm have given me may opportunities to do this. I get to work with amazing customers and some amazing people too!

As our Business Development Executive, you will be championing Welcomm’s growth by generating a sustainable pipeline of high-quality new business leads. Through proactive outreach, thorough research and strategic calling efforts, you will identify and engage with potential customers, seeking to uncover and understand their pain points, with the aim of booking meaningful appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs). You are key to drive business development efforts.
