The Account Development Manager is tasked with proactively developing and sustaining existing and prospective Welcomm customers. The Account Manager will work alongside their customer, finding solutions to their issues across communications, utilities and technology.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in telecommunications and have a strategic approach to tackling their customer base in order to effectively uncover opportunities and organically grow their bases through meaningful conversations and a tenacious attitude.
The Customer Development Executive is a desk based account management position and takes responsibility for our single user accounts.
Welcomm are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to develop their skill set within account management. The Customer Development executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with their customer base, providing thorough account reviews, answering queries and solving problems.
This would be a great opportunity for individuals who are starting off their sales careers, heavily customer focused, enjoy developing and maintaining relationships and are looking for a challenge.
This role sits within our Sales team where we also have Unified Communications Product specialists and Sales people, some with an IT background. You need to know O365 inside out, and to have experience in running migrations.
You will know BOX and Sharepoint to a similar level. You will be able to talk about these systems and services with our customers and our Sales teams and be able to look at a Sales opportunity presented to you and be able to talk about how it migrates, understanding the size of it and to be able to scope it out in a day or two.
You will be the expert support to the Unified Communications Sales team (and Account Managers). The Sales target will sit with the Sales team and you will help them to achieve this.
The Telesales executive will be part of a boisterous energetic team who will be making B2B outbound calls to gather new leads for the field sales team.The successful candidate will be competitive, jovial and passionate about achieving set sales targets.
They will be highly organised in managing opportunities and converting prospects into sales, getting through to companies decision makers and securing legitimate appointments.Full training will be provided on our product portfolio, any experience within the telecommunications sector is beneficial.

Kate is a highly skilled HR Consultant and Trainer, experienced in training managers in Employment Law and HR best practice. Having worked with the business for the last 3 years as our HR Manager, hear from Kate about her experience of working with Welcomm.
At Welcomm we have circa 70 people, all with very different personalities and skills which brings a great mix to our team. My job is very diverse, however predominantly I drive the HR and people agenda for the business, ensuring that we prioritise the health, safety and welfare of our employees.
Most importantly I work to ensure that we develop our people to the very best of their potential and give them as many opportunities as we can.
