With five EE mobile tariffs coming up for renewal, each with different contract end dates, Copley was looking to consolidate their phone contracts to make their mobile fleet easy to manage. Welcomm’s New Business team were able to understand Copley’s requirements, including what they were looking for in a mobile partner, and provided a competitive quote on the O2 Network.
Being direct with the EE network previously, Copley had not experienced proactive Account Management available through a Partner.
