O2 top for Customer Service

O2 has come on top of Ofcom’s annual Quality of Customer Service report for the sixth year running. O2 came on top with 80% of respondents saying they were satisfied with the level of customer service received. Virgin followed in second place with a score of 78%. Vodafone and Three came joint with 69%, whilst EE dropped to the bottom with 66%.

Changes to McAfee Multi Access

McAfee are improving the protection of their devices by replacing the previous password management system with TrueKey. The app is simpler and easier to use and it syncs up all of the devices in a more secure way.

4G- Be more on the move

O2's 4G coverage is continuing to expand further in both urban and rural locations, and is now available in Durham, Aylesbury and Hawick amongst others. Over 78% of the population can now access a 4G outdoor signal. O2 will also continue to upgrade their 2G and 3G networks and roll out 4G as part of their 5 year, £3bn plan in order to cover 98% of the population by the end of 2017.
