New commercials – transparent and simplified commercials making it easier for O2 partners to plan and win business
Bigger dedicated support team – continued investment in targeted marketing resources and comprehensive benefits, alongside quarterly incentives for all O2 partners

Welcomm were first presented with the Digital Excellence Award back in 2016 for our high level of digital knowledge and expertise. This programme sets demanding and challenging criteria and only a handful of partners qualify for the prestigious award. Having achieved this again in 2017, we have now received a combined 2018 award to include Customer Excellence, due to the high levels of customer satisfaction we have achieved, based on customer feedback.
