The selected candidates will participate in a unique foundation sales training year, uncovering new prospect opportunities with the aim of increasing Welcomm's existing customer base. This will progress into short-term account management, to gain an understanding of what it takes to service a customer's needs post sale. All team members will benefit from mentoring, support and internal/external training.
During the 12 months, a progression route for each individual will be formed and discussed alongside any possible opportunities to move into a permanent sales role: Business Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Unified Sales or New Business Executives.
