Gareth Page — Customer Development Manager

Hi, I am Gareth and I have been at Welcomm for nearly 10 years. Since joining the company in March 2008 I have spent time working in Mobile Sales and Human Resources and I have recently been appointed Customer Care Manager.

The Customer Care Team are the first point of contact for general external business calls and any account management enquiries and as a team we aim to efficiently resolve any enquires the best way possible according to the customer’s needs.

I am responsible for managing and motivating a team of Customer Support Specialists who are effectively managing the administration for our Sales teams, providing an efficient and proactive service in customer re-signs, new connections and proposals.
