Hi, I'm Adam. I have over 10 years’ experience in the mobile / telecommunications industry, having joined Welcomm in 2004. My first role as Service Engineer, was to manage and support Welcomm’s Nokia Care Point centre. As IT Manager, I am now responsible for the internal support of Welcomm’s IT systems and the development of the in-house CRM and software applications.
I have recently achieved an ILM certificate in Leadership and Management, which has been integral to expanding my team, as the IT demands on the business grows.
