O2 Wi-Fi and 4G Calling

Whether you are at home, in a coffee shop or at the office and experiencing signal problems, you can use Wi-Fi to call as normal.

4G Calling lets you make calls over 4G, meaning much clearer calls. You will have the ability to make calls while being able to check your mail or browse the internet at the same time. With Wi-Fi and 4G Calling, you’ll move seamlessly and uninterrupted between Wi-Fi and 4G network coverage. 
 

How does Wi-Fi and 4G Calling work?

Once we’ve set you up and you’ve switched it on in your phone’s settings, you’re good to go. There is no need to sign up, register or download an app. Your calls are included as part of your usual tariff allowance and out-of-tariff calls are charged at your standard rate.

Be mindful that Wi-Fi and 4G Calling will not be compatible with some of our other services including TuGo, Just Call Me and Mobile Recording. You’ll need to remove the add-ons to use this service, however, if you change your mind later and wish to switch back, you can do so easily.
