Prior to moving our mobile business to Welcomm a little over 3 years ago Synseal had, for many years, dealt directly with the networks. We took the decision to move primarily because of the poor level of service that we received from the network and also of course because of the deal Welcomm were able to secure.
Since moving the account we have experienced a more personal and efficient level of service. Welcomm staff respond immediately to resolve any issues from a sales call to fault reporting. A level of service that we did not generally receive from our previous suppliers.
Synseal cannot be considered a small account with well over one hundred mobile numbers; moving away from the networks has proved to be beneficial in terms of service, cost and support.
