Former Tesco HR Manager, Vicky Murphy, has joined Welcomm Communications to enhance and lead their expanding recruitment plans.
Vicky’s 18 years experience of managing and leading strategic HR plans will be invaluable to Welcomm which is undergoing expansion. These include spotting talent, enhancing individual capability, training and development and managing business structure changes.
Since taking on the role Vicky has headed up the company’s extensive recruitment drive which she describes as ‘a refreshing opportunity to work within an organisation so driven with development’.
Welcomm have recently recruited ten external candidates to strengthen our sales, new business and support teams. In addition we are equally proud that we continue to internally promote and create opportunities for our existing loyal and committed staff.
Apprenticeship, graduate and student placement opportunities are also offered within Welcomm. These opportunities have proved very successful, specifically during this last year to the extent that we have increased our number of student opportunities for 2015/16. These cover a range of departments from HR, marketing, sales/admin’ and Unified.
Recruitment is also ongoing for additional sales consultants and support team advisors within our Unified department to continue to deliver an excellent experience for all our customers.
