Welcomm helps Tapi put the buzz back into the high street


After a referral from its direct partner O2, Welcomm was invited to tender for Tapi’s hosted voice business, bidding with its Platinum Partner Gamma’s Horizon platform. Called to give a demonstration, Welcomm took along a 4G dongle as a contingency against stores having no fixed line in place in time for opening. This turned out to be a winning move, Tapi liking what it saw and having the confidence to award Welcomm the business. 

Since then Welcomm has successfully rolled out some 40 stores, each with two hosted phone lines for customer service and management/admin respectively.
