Axis Group Customer Testimonial on Office 365

 

Here at Axis Group, we provide building services engineering to a wide range of clients.

We have around forty members of staff who work off-site, and ten office-based staff.

We recently purchased Office 365 licences from O2 for all of our office-based staff and are seeing some amazing benefits.

 

 

Prior to moving to Office 365, we were experiencing problems with our existing exchange server.

This prompted us to explore the market for an upgrade and Office 365 was our natural solution. Given the challenges we were facing with our outdated server, it was a quick and easy decision to make the change – and just as simple to get set up.

The support from O2 offered throughout the process has been fantastic.

 

The engineer who set us up was very efficient, and we were kept informed from the start with regular conference calls with our account manager. Along with the Office 365 licences, we had planned five days of professional services to assist with the implementation; however, we were delighted when this was completed ahead of schedule in just three days.

 

Office 365 has solved the IT problems we were experiencing and has truly transformed our business. Our staff no longer need to worry about backing up their documents, as everything is automatically saved in the cloud and synced to other devices.

 

We also know that we will always be kept up-to-date with the newest version of Office 365, which gives us peace of mind. Further benefits we are seeing include a significant improvement in communication (both internally and externally) through the use of Lync, plus increased collaboration between our people from working together via SharePoint.

 

There are financial advantages, too – the monthly licence payment system has greatly reduced our capital expenditure on IT. It’s also great to have the flexibility to switch the licences; when someone left the business we were able to get their replacement set up on Office 365 in less than 24 hours, thanks to the support from O2.

 

Another plus point is that since the implementation, I’ve seen a huge drop in the number of IT queries coming through – which means less work for me!
